What are my payment options?
You will be prompted to make payment by the following methods:
1. Payments are securely processed through PayFast – various payment options are available.
2. Gift Voucher – you can pay with a NutriKrem gift voucher.
3. Cash on Collection for the NutriKrem Local pickup point (for existing clients)
4. Direct Payment Transfer via EFT.
What are my delivery options?
Orders can be couriered to most South African addresses, or you can collect your order from our business premises free of charge on Monday’s and Wednesday’s. Should these two days not be suitable, please let us know so that we can assist you with a special arrangement. Should you wish to collect, please make arrangements via email@example.com to ensure your package is ready for collection. Walk-ins aren’t allowed due to security reasons.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer courier delivery to remote areas e.g. remote farms or mines.
Delivery via courier has two advantages:
1. It is faster
2. Your order is delivered straight to your door.
When you place an order, our system will offer you a choice of delivery via courier or local collection.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch all orders unless otherwise stated within 1-2 working days of receiving payment confirmation. Your order will only be dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing.
Courier delivery takes 2 to 7 working days depending on the order’s destination and stock availability.
Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. If you live in the main city centre, your order will take between 2-5 days. If you live in a remote area it could take up to 7 days. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to get a more exact estimate.
Please allow 7 to 14 working days for deliveries during our busy periods i.e. Black Friday and Christmas.
Unforeseen circumstances e.g. adverse weather, stock availability, closed roads, strikes, etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, so ‘late’ delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order. However, if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.
What is the cost of delivery?
If your shopping bag’s total is R800 or more, we are happy to offer you free delivery in South Africa.
The delivery charge is a flat rate of R100. We make use of Aramex and Postnet for deliveries. Please note that unfortunately, we can’t offer courier delivery to remote areas e.g. remote farms or mines.
Where does NutriKrem deliver to?
We deliver to any address in South Africa, where courier services are available.
What happens if there is no one home when courier delivery is attempted?
Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, so you should always provide a delivery address where there will be an appropriate person to sign for the delivery during these times. If there is no one around to accept the delivery, the courier company will contact the recipient via telephone so that a new delivery day can be arranged.
Do I have to receive a courier delivery personally?
Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery. For us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
Can I track my order?
We will email or WhatsApp you your parcel’s tracking information the first working day after we send it e.g. if the parcel leaves our premises on Tuesday you will receive your tracking information via email on Wednesday morning.
Where is NutriKrem based?
We are based in Rooihuiskraal, Centurion, but since we are an online business. We deliver anywhere in Southern Africa. You can place an order with us through our website or via WhatsApp Business and we will send your order directly to you. You can also collect your order from us by appointment.
Can we come and buy products from you directly?
Yes, please make an appointment via email@example.com or 082 255 8484 to arrange for collection. No walk-ins will be allowed due to security reasons.

What do I do if I receive goods damaged or broken in transit?
If you do not receive your order in mint condition or if anything is broken or damaged please let us know immediately so that we can ensure the situation is rectified. Whilst we have not lost any parcels in the post to date, goods are occasionally damaged in transit, and there is no question that these will be replaced. If you can, please do take a photo of the damaged item as this helps our packing team improve the way products are sent.
What do I do if I wish to return something I purchased?
You are welcome to return any goods purchased within 7 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately, we can only accept goods for return that are still in their original unopened packaging and un-used. You will have to pay to have the item couriered or posted back to us, but as soon as we receive it, we will issue you a credit note.
Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days.
How do I buy a gift voucher?

Fill out the necessary information and once your order has been paid for; an email with your message, the Gift Voucher coupon code, and the amount will automatically be emailed to the gift recipient.
How do I use a gift voucher?
You will be emailed a unique coupon code when a Gift Voucher has been purchased for you. On the Basket page, enter your coupon code under ‘Have A Promotional Code?’ and press the ‘Apply Coupon’ button. The amount of your Voucher will be deducted from your total purchase amount.
